MELBOURNE – Next Business Day Premium Hand Delivery
Our “Next Business Day Premium Hand Delivery” shipping option is a limited-time delivery service. Order before 2pm, to have your Designstuff order hand delivered to a Metro Melbourne address* on the next business day, for a fee of $14.90.
This service can be selected during the checkout process. Our driver will contact you via SMS on the day of delivery. Upon delivery, they will take a photo of your order as proof of delivery.
By selecting our “Premium Hand Delivery” service, you also give authorisation for our driver to leave your order unattended and in a safe place if no one is home to accept the delivery. Our driver will take a photo of where your item has been left, as proof of delivery. This will be sent to you via sms.
Please note, if there is no safe place for our driver to leave your order, our driver will contact you via sms advising of your options going forward:
- Rebook delivery, with a fee of $15
- Returned to the Moorabbin office for Click & Collect during trading hours.
Locations that are considered unsuitable or unsafe for our driver to leave your order include:
- Addresses where there is high foot traffic
- Addresses where the property is close to the street
- Apartments that are not accessible for delivery
- Apartment mail rooms where no one is in attendance
- Locations where there is no protection from weather or pets
Extended Returns
Orders placed by DEC 15th, 2023 are eligible for 60 days change-of-mind returns, so you can gift shop with complete peace of mind.
Click And Collect (Moorabbin, 3189, VIC)
Melbourne customers are welcome to place their orders online and collect them from our Moorabbin office (3189, VIC). We aim to have click-and-collect orders ready for collection within 4 business hours. The team member will be in touch via email as soon as the order is ready for collection. Click & Collect is a free service.
